At DIA Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every fragrance is delivered in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund terms below:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable.”

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
