At DIA Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every fragrance is delivered in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund terms below:
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
- Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable.”
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
